We are the oldest Vacation Rental Management company on the Central Coast of California. Our property management company is locally owned and operated by the Sartuche family. We strive to provide our guests with the ultimate vacation experience here on our beautiful central coast beaches.

Our vacation rental units vary from a one bedroom beach cottage just steps to the sand, to a five bedroom house on the beach. We offer homes & condos located in Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Grover Beach, Oceano (State Beach Dunes), and Black Lake Golf Resort in Nipomo. All of our units are fully furnished and include TV’s, VCR/DVD players, BBQ’s, linens & towels, and fully equipped kitchens. You will enjoy all the conveniences of home here at the Beach.

The beautiful beaches, sunsets and nearly perfect weather are unsurpassed here on the central coast of California.
